Online membership renewal on the new HCAC website is simple! You may pay by credit card or choose to pay by invoice. You'll have 30 days to pay. 

Through the expertise and direction of HCAC's leadership and the support of our many members, the association is stronger and more dynamic than ever. There is strength in numbers, and our growth means a stronger voice for home care and home health in Colorado. Please continue to support the association by joining or renewing your membership. We will continue our efforts to provide you and your employees with quality education, conferences, electronic newsletters on the latest happenings in home care, updates on policy, legislation, regulations and advocacy at the state and national level, etc. 

Directions for renewing your membership or joining as a new member:

Home Health Providers (Medicare/Medicaid): If you are the KEY contact for your agency and renewing your membership, you received an email with a link to an invoice (for $1). Please IGNORE that invoice and complete the renewal application. To help you calculate your 2017 dues, we've added a calculator for each tier to make it easy for you. Once you have your dollar amount, copy and paste it in your online payment form.  If you are new, please visit this page and follow the directions.

Home Care Providers (Private Pay): If you are the KEY contact for your agency, you received an email with a link to an invoice at the tier or level you paid in 2016. If your gross client revenue tier remained the same from 2015 to 2016, your invoice is correct. Please pay to renew! If your 2016 revenue places you in a different tier for 2017, please complete this online private pay membership form and pay your updated invoice, or by credit card. If you are new, please visit this page and follow the directions.

  • Tier 1: Revenues up to $250,000: $500
  • Tier 2: Revenues from $250,001-$500,000: $650
  • Tier 3: Revenues from $500,001-$1,000,000: $750
  • Tier 4: Revenues from $1,000,001-$2,000,000: $1,250
  • Tier 5: Revenues from $2,000,001-$5,000,000: $1,750
  • Tier 6: Revenues from $5,000,001-$10,000,000: $2,250
  • Tier 7: Revenues from of $10,000,000: $2,750

Allied Members (organizations who provide goods or services to providers): If you are the KEY contact for your company, you received an email with a link to an invoice at the same level you paid in 2016. If the number of employees at your company remained unchanged from 2016, please pay your invoice. If it has changed, please complete the allied membership application form and pay your updated invoice, or by credit card. If you are new, please visit this page and follow the directions.

If you haven't done so, you'll first need to set up your password in the new website. Click here to enter your email address associated with your HCAC member profile. The system will send you an email to set up your password. Once updated, you can login here, using your Username - - and new password. While you are logged in, please complete or update your profile if needed (it is searchable to help people find you)!
