National Alliance for Care at Home – Mission and Vision

Legacy NAHC and NHPCO teams continue to work closely together to unite two organizations with more than 90 years of combined experience. The integration process is expected to continue through the beginning of 2025. As we pave a new path forward, we are excited to share the mission and vision of this historic alliance.

Mission: The National Alliance for Care at Home is the leading authority in transforming care in the home. We are an inclusive thought leader, advocate, educator, and convener and the unifying voice for those providing and receiving healthcare through all stages of life.

Vision: We envision an America where everyone has access to the highest quality, person-centered healthcare wherever they call home.
