Heidi Ewell brings more than two decades of sales and account management leadership in health care technology and services companies. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Sales and Account Management at Truven Health Analytics, and her prior experience includes executive sales positions at Thomson Reuters. With CellTrak, Heidi manages major and critical developing client accounts and partnerships, as well as oversees the management of all other accounts. She directs the entire U.S. sales team, including inside sales, develops sales methodologies, and coordinates the selling cycle.
Nirosh Nalenthiran, Manager, Customer Success
Nirosh leads the team of Customer Success Managers partnering with clients on seamless integrations. His work includes collaborating with CellTrak R&D, training, and operations to ensure efficient implementations. Nirosh’s unique combination of business, project management, and agency management experience make him a strategic partner to his team and the clients they work with. Prior to CellTrak, Nirosh held various training and operations roles at Saint Elizabeth Health Care. Nirosh holds a Business Administration degree from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and business analyst and project management certifications from York University and University of Toronto.
