CNA Licensure Alert!

HCAC learned last week that some CNAs employed by home care agencies had not renewed their licenses on time because of a change in renewal schedule put in place in 2016 by the Dept. of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

DORA Helps New Nurses Comply With Enhanced Licensure Compact

The Colorado Dept. of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) announced on Feb. 5th that its Division of Professions and Occupations and the State Board of Nursing have found solutions for those applicants and nurses who are negatively affected by the new requirements of the state's Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
