The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and the Private Duty Home Care Association (PDHCA) are pleased to present an crucial new webinar called Current Trends in Regulatory & Legal Issues: An Update on Private Duty , with William A. Dombi of NAHC and Angelo Spinola of Littler Mendelson.
The webinar will take place on Thursday, July 12, 2018, from 2:00 to 3:30 EST and will provide private duty providers with regulatory and legal updates, as well as a discussion of other timely topics of importance to the industry. Topics will include:

    • compensability of sleep time,
    • predictive scheduling laws,

With CellTrak, Heidi manages major and critical developing client accounts and partnerships, as well as oversees the management of all other accounts. She directs the entire U.S. sales team, including inside sales, develops sales methodologies, and coordinates the selling cycle.

 

 

Nirosh Nalenthiran, Manager, Customer Success

Nirosh leads the team of Customer Success Managers partnering with clients on seamless integrations.   His work includes collaborating with CellTrak R&D, training, and operations to ensure efficient implementations.   Nirosh’s unique combination of business, project management, and agency management experience make him a strategic partner to his team and the clients they work with.  Prior to CellTrak, Nirosh held various training and operations roles at Saint Elizabeth Health Care.  Nirosh holds a Business Administration degree from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology and business analyst and project management certifications from York University and University of Toronto.
